We understand that when you need to exchange a dress, you would like to have your dream dress asap. There is no restocking fee for exchanging a dress. Therefore our turn around time for exchanges is fast to make sure you have your dress in time. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process and ship your exchange.

To return or exchange your dress, a Return Authorization is required. Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving the order. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned dresses or you can choose a store credit and with only a %10 restocking fee. Please keep in mind that we do no profit from the restocking fee and it is solely to ensure our low prices. if returning more than 4 pieces we will contact you and confirm a restocking fee before shipping out your order. Whether it is a return or an exchange, a return label is not provided when submitting a Request Authorization, including international orders.

We at The Dress Outlet understand that ordering a dress online can be challenging. If you receive a dress that doesn't fit, please notify us immediately and submit your return request with notes that you wish to process an exchange. There is no restocking fee if you are exchanging a dress for a different size but it must be the same style and color that you originally ordered, and the listing must show the size as being available (we do not guarantee availability until the original dress purchased actually is received by our warehouse). If the dress is sold out by the time we receive your dress back we will do our best to find an alternative for you and inform you. Items can only be exchanged once. If the exchange is not as wished, you can return the item for a regular refund or store credit minus %10 restocking fee and place a new order. The cost of return shipping for exchanges has to be pre-paid by you, please allow 1-2 business days for us to exchange the dress from the time we receive it.

If you wish to return a dress, please notify us immediately. Whether it is a return or exchange, you have 5 days from the time you receive the dress to submit your return request and send it back to us. All returns for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note we do not profit from the restocking fee. This is a fee that our supplier charges us and is part of our contract. All dresses are fully inspected before exchanges or refunds are issued. The item must be in the original condition with the original tags attached. No items will be accepted that have been worn, soiled, flawed, smell of cigarettes, perfume, other odors and/or are covered with animal hair. If your item does not pass the inspection, item will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense. Sizing is not an exact science and we allow all of our customers to exchange their dress from one size to another with no restocking fee charge so that you can get the correct size, so full refunds will not be offered for dresses that don’t fit. All of our dresses come with a red security tag that states "Removal Of This Tag Renders This Garment Nonreturnable”, try the dress on first and carefully inspect it before removing the tags. All Sale items are final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale and clearance items. Please review this policy thoroughly. Our policy can be located on all of our listings. If you have any questions, concerns or problems, do not hesitate to contact us. The cost of return shipping has to be pre-paid by you and we will process your return the next business day of receiving it.
Store credit is available for only a %10 restocking fee. Once we receive the returned merchandise, a store credit code will be emailed to you the next business day. The store credit expires in 6 month from the time of issue. when you make a purchase with a store credit it will be a final sale .Please note a store credit plus a discount code cannot be used at the same time during checkout, the system is only allowed to use one per order.
After an order was placed by you, our warehouse gets ready to pack and ship it out as soon as possible so you can receive your dress right in time. In case you want to cancel an order before it was shipped please do within an hour after you placed your order. We charge a 10% cancellation fee for those that cancel after the hour.
If your order is more than 2 pieces your order is considered a "Special Order" and will be contacted directly from our Customer Service team handling all special orders. Your confirmation is required via phone and email for your order to be processed. All "Special Orders" are subject to a higher restocking fee and/or a final sale, no returns or exchanges. Wholesale clients ordering on our regular retail shop follow the same final sale policy.
