I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding from The Dress Outlet. I was a bit apprehensive as it was coming from USA and I live in Ireland.. Will it be here on time? Will it be the correct size? How do I exchange if needed...

The customer service on this site is amazing. You just click to chat with a stylist. Chelsea helped me in getting my measurements, and then gave recommendations for comparing my measurements with the size guides on the site. Additionally, she helped me pick out a color for the dress that I wanted that complimented my skin tone. Overall, the customer service (chat) on this site is very supportive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend buying a dress from here, especially online, where the option to chat with a stylist is accessible.

l know how online clothe shopping goes.. I only paid $100 and this dress exceeded my expectations 100%. The best quality and the color was stunning!

The Dress Outlet advertises fast shipping and easy returns - not the case! I repeatedly called and emailed to assure a timely exchange for my daughter's prom dress. Buyer beware - you will pay the cost of returned items in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Very long story short, I paid for overnight delivery and they sent me the same dress size that I had returned. They then agreed to overnight me the dress in the correct size. That would be nice if the warehouse knew that UPS only delivers overnight Monday - Friday unless you check the box for a overnight weekend delivery. My daughter's prom dress arrived Monday after her prom. I have repeatedly asked for the manager to call me to explain how so many errors could have occurred. I have yet to hear from Elvia. I cannot begin to truly express my daughter's and my disappointment with the customer service we received from Trisha, Miaca, Megan and Leann. I was repeatedly told to be patient and that they were expediting the situation to the team. They will ruin your special day too!

I had to return this dress for the same dress in the same color, but a different size. I chatted with Chelsea via the chat option. She was very helpful and handled my questions efficiently. My other dress will be in the mail tomorrow. The dress quality is excellent and the price is perfect! Thank you!

I would like everyone to know that our experience ordering from dress outlet has been amazing! Our order came in two days and we were refunded our 3 day delivery fee! I have ordered from this company twice, within the last two months. With the first dress that I ordered, customer service reached out and stated that the dress was not available. They asked me did I want to exchange it for another dress an I did. My event was on that Saturday, and the dress came on a Friday. I was a little annoyed that I paid for three day shipping to receive the dress in time, and it came borderline to my event. I didn't leave a review the first time because I absolutely loved the dress. I placed a second order on this Monday, for an event that will happen on this Saturday. I got an email from customer service stating that the dress was out of stock. This is the second time that they've emailed me stating that the inventory of the dress is not in stock. When a customer is rush ordering a dress, we expect for the store to have it in stock. Not only did customer service reach out to me and state they didn't have the dress in stock, they had my order completely wrong. I ordered a medium in the dress, and they stated that they were out of stock in the extra large. I explained to them that I did not order a extra large dress and sent a screenshot showing the order of the medium. I asked them could they switch it out for another dress and have it to me by Friday for my event that is on Saturday and they cannot accommodate. I canceled my order because this is just ridiculous that they can't accommodate a customer for their mess ups. I refuse to order from this company again. Hopefully they can get their inventory together and learn to accommodate customers when they are in the wro

Alchemy Salon and Spa is an experience in and of itself! Service is always excellent and stylists greet you warmly every time. It’s got a really cool ambiance upon arrival, you’re offered a beverage and a smile. I came to Alchemy following Omar Padilla, my stylist of over ten years. He is the best in the business and has excellent technical skills and always listens and delivers great results! I have never dyed my hair but I have friends who swear by him! If you’re in the Sacramento area, give them a visit and support this amazing establishment! 💕

This is the first time I ordered from The Dress Outlet. I ordered accidentally two dresses instead of one when I added them in the cart. The order was processed for two instead of one. I reached out by chat and Maica helped me out with canceling one of the dresses. Additionally, she went over the return policy and very politely walked me through the return process. I recently purchased a Mother of the Bride Dress from the Dress Outlet and after I completed my purchase I discovered that by mistake I had purchased 2 of the same dress. I immediately reached out to The Dress Outlet requesting they refund me the money for one of the dresses as I only need one. I was helped by Tricia and her customer service provided to me was exceptional! Tricia advised me that she processed a refund for one of the dresses and that I would see the credit within 3-5 business days. Was a pleasure dealing with Tricia! I ordered a few dresses for my daughters wedding, it was a destination wedding, one was too big and the other was the wrong color. great experience. the customer service was amazing. they helped me received the dress as soon as possible. the dress looked exactly like how it was portrayed on their website. same color shade and true to size.
