How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We want to ensure your return or exchange process is as smooth as possible. Before starting, please ensure you are within our 7-day return request window (from the date of delivery) and that your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Follow the steps below to easily process your return or exchange:

Step 1: Go to Our Returns Portal

Navigate to our online Returns Portal. You will need two pieces of information to locate your order:

  • Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email)

  • The Email Address or Zip Code associated with the order

Step 2: Select Your Items

Once logged into the portal, you will see a list of items from your order. Select the specific dress or item(s) you wish to return. You will also be prompted to choose a reason for the return from the drop-down menu (e.g., incorrect size, didn't like the color, etc.).

Step 3: Choose Your Resolution

Select how you would like us to process your return. You have three options:

  • Exchange: Swap your item for a different size or style (No restocking fee).

  • Store Credit: Receive a digital gift card for future use (10% restocking fee applies).

  • Refund: Get your money back to your original payment method (30% restocking fee applies).

Step 4: Get Your Shipping Label

  • If you purchased Redo at checkout: Your return shipping is fully covered! The portal will automatically generate a prepaid return shipping label for you to print.

  • If you did not purchase Redo: You are responsible for return shipping costs. The portal will provide instructions on how to purchase and print a label, or you can use a courier of your choice.

Step 5: Pack and Ship

Carefully package your dress in its original packaging if possible. Make sure all tags are still attached. Attach your shipping label securely to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

  • Important: You must ship the item back to us within 14 days of your return being approved.

What Happens Next?

Once our warehouse receives your package, please allow our team a few business days to inspect the item and process your request.

  • For Refunds/Store Credit: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or credit has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for a refund to reflect on your statement.

  • For Exchanges: As soon as your return is processed, we will begin preparing your new exchange item for shipment and send you a new tracking number.
