To return your dress, a Return Authorization is required. Returns must be requested within 1-week (7 days) of the order being delivered to your address. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned dresses when you request a refund, or you can choose a store credit with 10% restocking fee. You can also choose to exchange with no restocking fee, but you can only exchange size and an exchange can only be done once.

REFUNDS TAKE 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT. WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED.

YOUR STORE CREDIT EXPIRES IN 6-MONTHS FROM WHEN IT IS ISSUED TO YOU.


Please bear in mind that we do not profit from the restocking fee and it is solely to ensure our low prices. If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1-hour of having placed your order.

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY

Certain orders will fall under our special order policy. These are orders that are over $400 but can also be subject to what we consider special order, or could be an order with an item that requires us to special order that piece for that customer. Before that purchase ships to the customer, our customer service team will reach out via email to confirm that restcoking fees will vary because of the special order. If agreed to, the order will be shipped, otherwise the customer service team will help find you an alternative dress or proceed with a refund for the item or order.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us. International orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us. Unless we sent you a wrong item or damaged your dress, both SALE Items and International Orders cannot be returned.

International (Anything outside the U.S. or its territories) orders cannot be returned for an exchange or refund at this time. We will not accept them unless the wrong items were sent or we sent a damaged item. If we sent the wrong item or a damaged item, we will take them back and provide either a replacement or store credit with no restocking fee.

If you choose store credit at any point and you are provided a coupon code for store credit, whether through Re:Do or by a customer service representative, any purchase made with that store credit is considered FINAL SALE, and can no longer be returned for any reason unless that item was sent to you by us damaged or it was the wrong item. If that is the case, you will receive a replacement of the exact style, size and color. No exchanges or changes to a different style, size or color.

Store credit cannot be combined with another coupon code or discount code.

INSTRUCTIONS

Your dress was not as expected? We'll do anything to make it right within reason. Just follow these steps and you are good to go:

  1. Click the NEW returns portal link above to be taken to a new page powered by Re:Do. From there, enter your order number, fill out the info and start the return.
  2. Carefully place the item back on the hanger, in the bag, and back in the box.
  3. Seal the box as best you can.
  4. Ship it back to us with the label from Re:Do
  5. Once your item has been received, inspected and processed, we will issue the requested store credit or refund.

  6. Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  7. If you receive a damaged item, tell us right away! That way, we can immediately send your replacement of the same style, size and color.
