Most orders for in-stock gowns will hit your doorstep within 3–7 business days, and if you’re dropping at least $29 on your order, we’ve got you covered with free ground shipping. If you need it in a hurry, we offer a 2–3 business-day expedited shipping option for a flat fee of $39.99 to get your fit there before the event. Most orders are packed up and ready to roll within 1 business day, though some designer items might take a hot minute longer to ship out.

You can absolutely return your dress if it doesn't fit, provided you contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and ship it back within 14 days. To be eligible, your fit needs to be in original condition, meaning it's gotta be unworn, unwashed, and still rocking all those original tags because we can’t accept anything that’s been out on the town.
Just keep in mind that refunds are mainly for our Dylan & Davids collection, while most other styles are eligible for store credit or an exchange. Also, double-check that your gown isn't a "Final Sale" item or marked as "SALE" in the title, as those are non-returnable. A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds, and a 10% fee applies to store credit, so make sure to read our full Return Policy for the complete breakdown.
