Draped with a cowl inspired swag over a scoop open back, this ensemble shows a popover style that adds elegance to the entire silhouette. Rushing from the natural waist, the mesh overlaid sheath skirt flows fascinatingly down to a tea-length hem. This dress is perfect for any special occasion.
