FAQs
Yes, absolutely. Navy is considered the most formal color after black. A floor-length navy gown is perfectly appropriate for any strict black-tie dress code. In fact, many stylists prefer navy because it photographs much better than black in low lighting.
You definitely can. For a long time, people thought you could not mix black and navy, but that rule is totally outdated. A pair of sharp black heels and a black clutch look very chic and modern when paired with a deep navy, emerald, or plum gown.
Emerald green is very versatile. If you want a warm, rich look, wear gold jewelry. It makes the green look very bright and royal. If you want a cooler, more modern look, silver or white gold looks fantastic and gives the outfit a slightly sharper edge.
The sizing of an evening gown can vary from the normal size for everyday clothing. Please check the Size Chart in each product listing (we strongly encourage you to check it out). Use a soft measuring tape to take measurements of your bust, waist, and hips. If the gown falls somewhere between two sizes, it's better to order the larger one, as the one will be easy to have professionally shaped, but difficult to remove if it's the smaller size.
We want you to adore your dress! If it is not the correct gown, it may be returned with the gown in its original condition and all tags, within the time frame (return time) that we have specified. For more information on shipping and processing, please see our [Returns Portal].
It generally takes 3-7 business days. We have expedited shipping at checkout if you have a fast-approaching event! We suggest having your gown ordered 2–3 weeks prior to your event to give time for any steaming or minor alterations to be done professionally.
